1:51 pm - Which episode is this quote from?

___sloppyfirsts

This has been driving me crazy,
in which episode does Hank say this:
"Well I did see Bobby talking to the Mrs. Buttersworth bottle but I didnt think it was strange at the time."

I tried Googling it, but nothing came up :/

8:45 pm - What would you like to see?

sweetlyworn
Okay, what would you like to see in the upcoming episodes (and hopefully seasons) in King of the Hill?  I have no idea how long KOTH is going to be around, maybe someone can fill me in? I have no idea but I *really really hope* it's NOT going to end any time soon.

I'm dying to see:
- Dales reaction to Joseph not being his song
- Dales reaction to Nancy and John redcorn (even though their affair ended)
-What Boomhauer does for a living.
-Bobby hitting puberty (REALLY want to see this one XD)
-Hank and Peggy possibly having another child
-Luannes baby!

Your turn!

Does anyone know the exact quote from "Yard she Blows" where Hank says he buried Winklebottom in a shallow grave in the Heimlich COunty Forrest, something like that?

7:49 pm - Topsy

___sloppyfirsts
Did Topsy die? If so, in what episode? I'm totally out of it, if it was one of the later seasons since I never see the later ones on Fox due to sports and whatnot.

7:46 pm - Season Seven.

___sloppyfirsts
Does anyone know exactly when the King of the Hill Seventh Season comes out on DVD?

When I got the Complete Sixth Season DVD (the day it came out, thank you very much!) the card inside said "Fall 2006" and yet.. here is Fall 2006, yet I see no DVD!

I guess one could say that Fall doesn't end until December 21st.. but they better hurry up!

Also, random questions:

Which Season on DVD cover art do you like the best?

Does anyone else miss the Special Features?

12:32 am - yet another random question.

___sloppyfirsts
What are bastard gasses?
Ohkay, I know that would be.. Butane for example; but I mean why does Hank call them bastard gasses? How are they different from Propane? Educate me. =D

I was wondering..
Arlen seems like such a nice place to live, so what towns in Texas are like Arlen? It seems pretty central to the bigger cities &has a small town feel with good neighbors, etc.

Oh &another location question:
You know how Hank, Bill, Boomhauer & Dale have the "Alley"?
Well, I`ve never lived [or been to] a town that`s laid out so that your backyard is the view for the neighbors across the street.
So, are there actually towns in Texas like that?

Meh, I`m feeling a little random right now. :o)

12:46 am - Ann Richards

___sloppyfirsts
Ann Richards died!
Bill will be so upset when he finds out.
I`m going to watch that episode, "Hank and the Great Glass Elevator" on DVD now, in Ann`s memory. She was a good guest star on "King of the Hill" I thought so, anyway. &she made Bill happy. Until Lenore came back..

did anyone else see the Cingular Wireless ad of an empty airport ... someone clanging a triangle ... and our favorite theme music blasting throughout the airport? I only saw it once, two weeks ago, and haven't seen it since. I'm trying to find it online, no such luck.

Hank: Remember my cousin Rita?
Dale: The one with the underbite?
Hank: Uh yeah. Well, she's quitting her job at an adhesives company and she's putting in a good word for you to replace her.
Dale: Well I hope she puts it in writing because you can barely understand her when she talks.

11:22 am - Musings

shycomputerguy
Here is some background, I live next to this crazy nut job lady. I don't exactly know what her deal is, but she is always having the police come to her house cause, well, she's nuts. Anyway, the cops visited her last night (usually happens about twice a month), and had about 6 or 8 cop cars parked in front of my house.

Anyway, I come in to work this morning and my boss, who happens to live across the street from me, says;

"So yeah, my new girlfriend was over at my house last night and saw all those cop cars in front of your house and I told her you must be at it again. She of course looked all shocked."

So I chuckled and said, "Yeah, well I got home and my dinner wasn't ready so you know. That is why I call my wife my better half, cause she better have my dinner on the table when I get home."

I don't think he realized it was a King of the Hill quote, but we both laughed. Spousal abuse humor is so funny...ok, not really...but it was still funny.

10:51 pm - South Park/Arlen crossover

sublimeade
did ANYONE ELSE catch the Boys on the latest episode of South Park?? "Cartoon Wars (2)" is the 2nd part where Cartman and Kyle fight out the fate of Family Guy. The boys are fighting in Fox's Hollywood lot when they crash into the HQ of King of the Hill!!! (there was possibly a Mike Judge character drawn in there - since he did play Kenny in the movie). For sure, there were the Kings of Rainey Street, then a banner of Hank and Bobby, then a sketch of Dale's head. As for the rest of the show, well I tend to agree with South Park in that South Park has become so preachy they've forgotten to be funny, and Family Guy is just joke after joke. But long live the King.

I must buy, propane.
